At the end of that period or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed.

Therefore, if you reside outside of the personal data collected and processed about you will be transferred to the U.S. Although the U.S. does not have laws which the EU has designated as adequate to protect EU data, US Healthcare Services has implemented the security measures described above to protect your personal data in connection with the transfer of your personal data to the U.S. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to US Healthcare Services during the recruitment and employment contract. However, the transfer of your personal data to the U.S. is necessary for US Healthcare Services to enter into and perform your employment contract. If you do not provide the information, US Healthcare Services may not be able to properly process your application or enter into an employment agreement with you.
